Classic Roof Skins

One of the most rewarding aspects of our business is the staging industry, from concert touring and special events to permanent installations. We work with truss manufacturers, production companies & stage truss owners from all over the U.S. We tailor-fit our skins for manufacturer’s truss systems, like; Brown United, James Thomas Engineering, Tomcat USA, Total Structures and Xtreme Structures to name a few.

We use 18oz or heavier vinyl (upon request) and all materials come in width of 5’ with fire standards meeting the California Fire Standard and NFPA 701. The vinyls come in: White, Black, Green, Blue, Tan, Red, Orange, Purple and two sided colors in White/Black, Gray/Black and Blue/Black. Since all skins are tailored to your specific needs, their finishing details vary. Here is a list of some of the most common features:

- Perimeter finishing with grommets and bungees or pockets for ratchet straps

- Valance could be added to cover grommets and bungee tie downs or pipe pockets

- Grommet strips welded on front gable for hanging of sponsor banners

- Lacing line covered with velcro flaps when skin is two or more pieces

- Rain diverters around tower cutouts to keep water from pouring through tower openings • Closure panels for middle towers when not in use

- Blow through panels made of mesh with vinyl lid to help with wind flow

- Lift-up patches, welded under the skin with velcro closures to prevent bouncing from wind (usually attached to truss cord or ratchet straps.)
