Roof Skins

Roof skins are truly our specialty.

We’ve been covering Stage Roofs for two and half decades. We started our business as Roof Skin Manufacturer in 1996.

 

We’ve covered most truss systems that exist in the USA, we tailor-fit our skins truss systems like; Brown United, G2, Filmwerks, James Thomas Engineering, TAF USA, Tomcat USA, Total Structures and Xtreme Structures to name a few.

 

Roof skins are manufactured with an 18oz vinyl (or heavier upon request) with fire standards meeting the California Fire Standard and NFPA 701. Since all skins are tailored to your specific needs, their finishing details vary.

Features

  • Perimeter finishing with grommets and bungees or pockets for ratchet straps

  • When skin is two or more sections we cover the Lace-line with velcro flaps

  • Closure panels for middle towers when not in use

  • Lift-up patches, welded under the skin with velcro closures to prevent bouncing from wind (they usually attach to truss cord or ratchet straps.)

  • Valance welded above the perimeter finishing to cover bungee tie-downs or pipe pockets

  • Grommet strips welded on the front gable for the hanging of sponsor banners

  • Blow through panels made of mesh with vinyl lid to help with wind flow

Standard Skin Colors

Roof skins come in a variety of single and double-sided colors (one color on each side). You can use them plain, or customize them with your logo, design, or sponsorships.

 

Single skin colors are white, black, gray, blue, tan, green, orange, red, and purple. Double-sided skins come in white/black, gray/black, and blue/black.
